Qu'est-ce que c'est ?

La gymnastique rythmique est une discipline sportive associant la danse classique et la gymnastique. 

Vous pourrez apprendre à manipuler plusieurs matériels d’adresse : ballon, corde, ruban, massues.

Mixte

Ce sport est réservé aux filles et garçons. 

Sport complet

Cette discipline regroupe la technique, la concentration, l’agilité, la souplesse, la tonicité, la grâce et l’équilibre.
